Our culinary offer is a “vision of contemporary Italian cuisine”. Starting from the abundance granted by the Italian soil, we retrieve scents and flavors, carrying them into the present with our creative gesture. With an eye to the past while always looking toward the future.

In our vibrant cuisine, a special attention to the history of the product, the relationship with the producer and his knowledge and experience coexist with the meticulous search for ingredients and techniques.

Starting from the richness granted by the Italian territory, we retrieve scents and flavors, carrying them into the present with our creative gesture. An intense dedication to bring to every dish the quality and history of the best raw materials of our peninsula.

In the cellar as well, wine selection is based on the relationship with the producers and the work we carry out together daily.
Our wine list includes products with a prominent connection with the territory, respectful and loyal to their origin. We also include, for this reason, small producers alongside the great Italian and European ones, as we feel they will soon be as renowed.
